History -
Falafel is Middle Eastern food believed to be originated in Egypt and spread to other parts of the Middle East as trade and literature flourished. Falafel is a deep-fried ball or patty made up of chickpeas, fava beans, or both. The deep-fried version can be slightly high in calories, but you can either air fryer or bake depending on your goals.

Cooking Time - 3-5 Mins
Course - Breakfast, Snack, and Main Course
Ingredients -
1 Cup boiled chickpea
¼ Cup bread crumbs remove this to be Gluten-free
2-3 garlic pod
½ onion
⅓ Cup All-Purpose Flour / Chickpea Flour
Salt to taste
½ Tablespoon cumin
Cilantro or Parsely
Serving Suggestion
Serve with Hummus or Tabbouleh salad
Preparation -
Add boiled chickpea to blended with onion, garlic, salt, and Cilantro/Parsely.
Blend together to make a paste. Note check the consistency from the video.
Add your falafel mix to the mixing bowl and mix with breadcrumbs and flour.
The mix will have a nice bidding structure.
Fry 375 F until golden brown or 400 F in air fryer/bake for 15 min both side
Final Arrangement
Serve with some tomato Cilantro Salad, Hummus, and Pita
